We are one of the leading Lotus engine rebuild specialists in the UK with over a decade of experience on many different models of Lotus engines.

Here at Rosier Racing we build, rebuild and remanufacture the entire range of Lotus engines, all the way back to the trusty old ‘Twin Cam’. This includes all the modern Lotus engines, the Rover K series in the S1 Elise, the Toyota 2ZZ in the Lotus S2 Elise and the Lotus 2eleven, the Toyota 2ZR in the Lotus Elise S3 and finally the 2GR in the Lotus Exige V6, the Evora, the 3eleven and the Emira. We also have experience in the Cosworth ‘GT’ spec V6 used in the GT Evoras including GLA and GLB engines.

If the engine is in the car or removed and on a pallet, no problem! Rosier Racing can either remove the engine for you if we have the car or the engine can be shipped to us on a pallet.

We have built and raced these engines for over a decade and have extensive dyno research so you can guarantee all of the components we use are of the highest quality and have had a thorough testing.

During this extensive testing process, we have discovered the weaker parts of all of these engines and offer uprated motorsport spec parts to replace the OEM parts. Check out our store to see some of these!

Either bring us the whole car and we can remove the engine should it need removing, or just ship us the engine on a pallet.

We currently have race engines in the NSSCC championship with 2024 championship winner Stephen Reece (Lotus Elise S2). We have also had race engines competing in Lotus Cup UK, Lotus Cup Europe, Creventic 24hr Hankook Series and Supersport Endurance.
