Who we are

Rosier Racing is run and owned by Josh Rosier, who has over a decade of experience in engine building - working and learning with THE best in the industry. Here is a little about him:

“I started my motorsport career in Northamptonshire - studying at the National College for Motorsport in Silverstone in 2014. After this, I went on to complete my apprenticeship at a race team in Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire, building engines for Lotus Cup UK, Creventic 24hr endurance series and much more.

In 2017, I accepted a position as engine builder at Ilmor Engineering in Northampton, where I worked on engines for nearly every top end level of motorsport you could imagine - Formula 1, Indycar and NASCAR to name a few. The highlight of my time at Ilmor was flying over to Detroit, Michigan in 2019 to build the Chevrolet qualifying and race engines for the INDY 500. We ended up winning the race and had a 1-9 qualifying lockout!

In 2023 I was offered a role managing the workshop and dyno of the team that I started my career at. I felt that this was a great opportunity to progress my career and so took it on. Here I had a lot of fun, and was approached by Ilmor to work on the personal rally cars of Mario Illien, the engine guru himself, for the Peking to Paris rally.

In 2024 I moved to the Glasgow area with my wife, and that is where Rosier Racing began!”
