We are a well known Porsche engine rebuilder in the UK and highly respected in the Porsche community with many engines in road, rally and race cars.

Be it for road or race, we’ve repaired and maintained many Porsche engines throughout the years. You can bring us the whole car and we can remove the engine for you or just the engine itself. Our more common engine types at the moment are the M96/M97 engines, as these all seem to be expiring around the same time. We also repair and maintain the old school air cooled engines if you’re lucky enough to own one of those! M97

Sadly the M97 engines in your 997.1 and 997.2 suffer with some major issues. From the dreaded bore scoring, to the Variocam/chain guides breaking up in the oil. Normally if there is an issue with this engine it’s pretty major. We can repair any issue with these engines, including repairing or replacing damaged cylinders that have suffered bore scoring. We can also disassemble and replace any damaged chain guide pads… amongst all the other issues they have!

M96

The M96 engines in your 996’s and 986 Boxsters suffer a similar fate to their bigger brother, but with their own added issues as well. These guys suffer with big end failure quite frequently, as well as heads cracking or core plugs corroding and causing intermix. We can repair core plugs or replace cylinder heads and get your engine back up and running in no time!
